Hi, I’m Stacy Markezic! Photographer, mini-homesteader, and mother of three: Ryder Vukasin, Mila Bella, and Vivienne Cash.
My journey as a photographer began when I was very young. I was always passionate about photos, had many photo albums and always had a camera.
I was born and raised in Washington and moved to Las Vegas as a teenager in 1999. My high school offered a photography class where I developed film in a dark room. I won an award for one of my photos, and was the first student to win a photography award for my high school. I continued capturing moments of my own family, and soon, other families and friends which naturally grew into my business, VukBellaCash Photography.
The pull to move back to Washington was always there, and after starting a family, we made the move back in 2019, which has reignited my love for the region in ways that inspire my images today and the way I live my life.
As a mini homesteader and lover of all things natural, my photography style is deeply influenced by the beauty of the outdoors and the authentic moments that happen when families and individuals are in their natural element.
The name VukBellaCash comes from a compilation of my children’s middle names. Vuk is shortened middle name for my first born and only son, Ryder Vukasin (meaning wolf in Serbian). Bella, means beauty in many languages, is my first born daughter Mila’s middle name. My youngest daughter, the tiny and mighty Vivienne, middle name Cash, after Johnny Cash. Singer, song writer and favourite musician of my husband and I.
Thank you for considering me for capturing your special moment. I look forward to hearing from you!
